Regarding Lost:
1. I agree with the Smoky/Esau/BSD theory. Just throwing that out there.
2. Are we actually sure that the bomb went off? Obviously the first inclination is that a whiteout=thermonuclear explosion (and if it didn't, they sure wrote themselves into a hole). I'm just questioning any assumptions I have at this point.
Regarding Star Trek:
1. ZOMG.
2. First, I love how the guy who jumped out with Kirk and Sulu was wearing a red spacesuit. The second he got in the shuttle I was like..."Ha, Ensign Rickey."
3. Second, I love how Sulu "fenced", which is totally a reference to "http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Naked_Time". I'm a nerd. I pick these things out. Same thing with the fact that Kirk has a thing for green-skinned girls.
The moral of the story is that I'm a big giant dork. And apparently, Damon Lindelof is writing the sequel for Star Trek. Hoozah!
